According to the Charter, an institution has the right to carry out international cooperation in the field of education, scientific and (or) scientific and technical, teaching activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation. Training, retraining and advanced training of citizens of foreign countries, teaching and research work of citizens of the Russian Federation abroad is carried out on the basis of international agreements, as well as under direct contracts concluded with foreign legal entities, including educational institutions or with foreign citizens.
