- manage complex technological systems (automated fields, supervisory control systems, etc.) and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and multi‑criteria constraints;
- apply innovative methods to solve production tasks, including those based on current challenges in drilling ultra‑long offshore wells from the continental shelf coastline;
- analyse potential innovation risks associated with the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and systems, followed by providing recommendations during supervision activities;
- apply the planning methodology for constructing complex extended reach wells (ERD wells) with a significant horizontal displacement of the bottomhole from the vertical.
