Target audience: the advanced training course is available to individuals who hold (or are currently pursuing) a higher or secondary vocational education in the relevant field, or who have completed professional retraining in the corresponding area.
Studying methods: lecture, seminar, briefing, independent homework, case study, research project, problem solving, calculations, graphing, planning and analysis of laboratory experiments, modeling, group discussion, training, exercises, coaching, and round table.
After of course, participants will be: to improve professional competencies in the following areas:
- to determine reservoir physical parameters during production enhancement;
- to analyze key processes in reservoir waterflooding and account for them in modeling and development design;
- to build mathematical models of waterflooding;
- to promptly forecast waterflooding, water cut, and production;
- to plan laboratory studies, interpret the obtained data, and determine rock permeability.
About course: enhancing the professional competencies of specialists in waterflooding as a method of secondary oil recovery, which is accompanied by significant changes in the physicochemical and hydrodynamic characteristics of the reservoir, determining the injectivity and productivity of wells.
