On behalf of the Academy of Engineering for Oil and Gas Fields, we congratulate all teachers, mentors, and experts — those who foster an interest in professional development and help turn knowledge into mastery!
Education is the foundation upon which careers and entire industries are built. In the oil and gas sector, where technology is advancing rapidly, the role of education is especially significant: it is the mentor who helps a specialist not only to master the tools but also to learn to see the real picture of the field behind the numbers and graphs, to understand the interconnections between processes, and to make decisions.
Thank you to all the experts in their field, teachers and mentors for your work, patience and dedication to the industry! May your students become those who drive progress forward.
